Iphone 4s and Siri and Videos

With a lackluster conference there wasn't much that none appleheads were able hate on. We all new that there was a new Iphone coming 9shuck the told us that at the previous Iphone launch) and the only thing that we didn't know was the concrete improvements to the previous Iphone installment. By way of hardware improvements the overall improvements was just alright. They were good but nothing that created a buzz.
Despite the lackluster hardware improvements the biggest buzz has been around the Siri personal assistant. In 2010 apple acquired the company for an undisclosed amount and hence created much speculation and buzz as to what their plans were with such an acquisition. Lo and beheld they revealed what was in the work by way of the Iphone 4s. I must say, that as an avid blackberry supporter the Siri has had me contemplating the switch. While its not just the application (its a couple blackberry quandaries around interface, speed and overall technical capability) that has had me contemplating the switch I have to admit the application is what has me looking at the iPhone at a more intense level.
So your probably asking yourself, how can one app make someone change their stance of support? Well in a nutshell Siri is essentially a virtual personal assistant and at its basic definition the best mass application of artificial intelligence. While everything is pre-programmed the way in which it interacts with the user makes you forget at times that it is just that, a rudimentary execution of commands. Siri can do many thing beyond just simply placing a call, it can launch applications, find locations, and even schedule reminder as a few things. Since I feel that my explanation of its power can not do Siri justice, I have included several user videos of Siri in action.
